Privacy policy

The short version: this is a static website. You don't create an account, we don't ask for your name, and the numbers you type into our calculators are processed in your browser and never sent to us.

What we collect

• Calculator inputs: nothing. Every calculation runs locally in your browser. Your dog's weight is between you and your dog.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse: IP address, browser type, pages requested. We use this in aggregate form only.
• Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it to reply, and for nothing else.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising on this site. When that changes (privacy-respecting analytics and clearly labeled sponsorships are planned), this policy and the cookies page will be updated first, before anything ships.

Embedded calculators

Other websites may embed our calculators. Embedded views are served by us and behave the same way as the site: calculations stay in the browser, and we don't track who uses them.

Your choices and rights

Since we hold almost nothing, there is little to request, but the rights are yours regardless: ask us what we have about you (usually: an email you sent), ask us to delete it, and we will. Depending on where you live (for example the EU or California), these rights are also backed by law.
